APPLICATIONS

It is a high-purity silicon-based precursor. It can be used to prepare high-purity silica, spherical silica powder, silica sol and aerogel for CMP polishing slurry, quartz products and ceramic binders. It can synthesize MQ silicone resin, phenylsilane and other silicone raw materials for silicone products, high-temperature resistant coatings and industrial adhesives. It is also used as electronic insulating material, optical glass treatment agent and curing agent.
